I used bittorrent with thisclick here for the program i use
To get a fast download speed first we need to change a bit of the settings
So once you have downloaded and opened bittorrent We need to go to the top left hand side to options
once there we need to go to preferences
You should see the bandwidth on the first page
Now look for maximum upload rate limiting and set it to 10
Then look further down the same page to
global maximum Number of connections and maximum number of connected peers per torrent
I set these at 200 but some people do higher and lower depending on your net speed( i have 50mbps )
then on the next line you see number of upload slots per torrent and a box to check right below it
set this number to 1 and check the box
There are more ways to speed things up but this is the easiest without port forwarding
