As I am new to ps3 modding and need to learn how to spoof a cid without any ground knowledge I opened this topic so others also can benefit from that.
And sry, english isn`t my native language (also I often use a translator so some sentences may sound a bit strange^^)...
Well, all I know now is that spoofing the cid makes your real cid invisible so that if a ban hits ya, it will ban the spoofed (fake?) cid and not your own one, is that right ?
Well, for noobs like me many things sound pretty complicated, and it`s hard to find a trustworthy source for knowledge.
What I, and may many others need, is something like a little tutorial which is easy to understand and easy to translate into action.
It seems like there are many different ways to spoof like using the psn patch, or just the ccapi what sounds a lot easier to me^^

Btw I´m running on Habib 4.66 cfw.
Installed is: Sen Enabler 4.70, PsnNinja, Psnpatch 4.70 and CCAPI 2.60 (Rev4).
And, I don`t want to miss to describe what I exactly did until now:

Start ps3 / open psn ninja and press "wipe history" (somebody told me to also replace history is that true?) / Press L2,L3,R2 & R3 to disable the cfw and unlock PSN access / open PSN Patch and check if syscalls are disabled (is always), then start game (nothing but gta5^^) offline to story mode, open mod menu ---going online...
This is exactly what I do, neither more or less...
Well, my name on gta5 is something like “Mr nice guy” - and that`s how I behave.
It doesn`t happen very often that I get reported, and if, I delete it quick by using “slinky`s recovery menu” xD
BUT: I get always banned, so it can only be that I am making some big mistakes (hey sry I´m not good at writing less^^)
Ok, so I bought a new cid, put that into the console manager (ccapi), pressed “set current idps”, and then “set boot idps”...  Well that`s all...

By using this method I got banned now 4 times in just two weeks  

I almost gave it all up until I now finally heard about spoofing which I urgently got to learn now right ?
I know all this is my bad    - I should not start up so quick with modding xD
So, if not to spoof the cid was my only mistake, I´d be glad to learn how to do that before I again buy a new cid

And no, I keep only installed what`s necessary for modding gta^^
Edit: Oh I got these two installed already...^^

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] With GTA sometimes when adding money and such they will ban for that, most times its R* who does the ban and it's only for about 2 weeks that you will not beable to access the online servers.

With above post, those tools will help spoof but also you can spoof your CID with a dead CID with CCAPI Manager, there should be a option to spoof.

Oh yh this is what I did many times already^^
Buy cid, set in, get banned / buy new cid, get banned again (psn ban) and so onnn^^
but yh until now I gave to almost everybody who asked for a lot of gta dollars, mostly over 50 millions, maybe that was also the reason of ban...
And ok I understand now?
Next cid I will put in, but as soon as I`m online I will just put in a cid which is already banned and press "set current idps" right ?
If it`s like that it`s easy

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Correct, make sure with the new CID that you get online on PSN and get to the online server and before you use any tool or mod spoof the CID in CCAPI.

Also search in the forum there is a small tut on how to not get your CID stolen when using tools, sadly people do that.

Okay, it looks like you really need help! but i know, as newbie to modding its not easy, i mod now since 3 years, but more infos about that later


First wich Homebrews i use to Spoof my CID (My Original CID was not banned for 3 Years, but now it is :/ so i need to use Public's. because i have no money )

I can not comfirm if they working on Habib :/ because im on Rebug, but they should work..

IRISMAN v3.46
PSN Patch (Stealth) v4.70.07
PSNinja V4.0
4.70 Spoof by Arch (idk if it works for Habib :/ but i think it should work)

Then what u gonna do:
1. Install and activate the 4.70 Spoof by Arch (if it works on Habib)

2. Open irisman -> Press Start -> go to Tools -> go to Spoof Console ID -> Restore default PSID & Console ID -> Then you press O to go back to your game section (in irisman!) -> select the game wich u wanna load (click the game too when you have the disk of it!!).

3. Open PSN Patch 4.70.07 -> Press X and let the system reboot (should make a beep)

4. Open PSNinja -> Wipe History -> then Exit

5. Sign in and you can play 80% safe!

TIPP FOR GTA MODDING: Change CID and PSID (WHEN YOUR INGAME!!!!) to 000000000000000000000000 ( 32x 0 )
