This is not really a tut, just sharing this useful tool, it can create eboots and debug eboots out of elf files much like True Ancestor. Unlike True Ancestor, this also allows you to add cheats to your eboot for various games and is updated quite frequently, the creators of this are from NGU I believe I cannot remember exactly who but all credits go to the creators.
