System Shock’s Kickstarter has already earned over $650,000 in just a few days and it looks
like the remake really is going ahead.
With the huge success of the project, an update has been posted on the game’s Kickstarter
page addressing some common questions. First and foremost, will the game come to the
PlayStation 4?
Nightdive Studios has confirmed that it’s currently in talks with Sony and will have more
news on the matter in the near future. No doubt many PlayStation gamers will be crossing
their fingers in hope.
CEO of Nightdive Studios, Stephen Kick, added: “I’m sitting at my desk after our first day of
funding and I’m finding it very difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to everyone
and the support they’ve given us over the last 24 hours.”
There’s still time to make a pledge to the project if you’re interested.
