Hey all, just want to show you how to make the shoutbox more functional.

In this picture is how you should have the shoutbox setting set up for optimum chat.

1. Make sure Archives are on.

2. Tick Disable Timeouts.

3. Rest is up to you!

Hope this helps people with the shoutbox set up.
