Hi TPSN.

I've found a HABIB 4.70 CFW v1.00 update with COBRA 7.10. I've researched it at a few sites and it seems quite reliable and has good feed back, with no bans reported. Reason why I am posting this is because by being on any habib CFW and spoofing you have a higher risk of ban, you can run this without spoofing therefore decreasing the risk of ban (From what i have read up on).

hey [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] i'm kinda new but im on cfw rogero 4.55 and i'm using a spoofer that make puts me to 4.60 but currently there are problems for signing in psn so with this new cfw will i have problems installing and does it works with multiman cause i dont us any other manager i find mm easy to use

Hi Ricflair,

Firstly, If you are using any CFW at the moment and only spoofing to 4.60 you wont be able to get online as the current OFW is 4.70. So in theory if you were to use a spoofer to spoof your rogero to 4.70 you should be able to get online, but, that being said you are better of just upgrading to a 4.70 CFW (Current).

Secondly, Installing this is easy, I'm guessing you've dont it before? but if not.... first thing I would do is disable any spoof you have just to be safe and then follow these steps below after downloading the CFW update.

Thirdly, Yes.. MM or MMCM will work with this version as it is Cobra, you should already be using 4.66.10



Install Instructions:

Using your PC create a folder named “PS3” in a USB device. Within the PS3 folder, create a folder named “UPDATE”.

Grab the downloaded PUP file and place it into the "UPDATE" folder you created on your USB, Save/Rename the PUP file name to exactly as shown here “PS3UPDAT.PUP”.

Important Part :
Do not turn off the PS3 system or remove the USB device during an update or you risk being reverted back to OFW etc.
During an update, the power button on the system front and PS button of the controller are inactive, so just be patient.

Insert the USB into the right side USB slot of the PS3 system AND REMOVE ANY DISC IN DISC TRAY.

From the home menu XMB, select (Settings) > (System Update), and then press the  X button.

Select [Update via Storage Media], and then press the X button. The system will give the option to update from the update file on the USB.

Press the X button to start the update. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Finally, check your system FW after restart before doing anything else

Multiman 4.66.10 works fine with Habib Cobra 4.70    I personally am currently using this version successfully with multiman.

hey when i load it, it go straight to xmb but still dont see the BD mirror, so i went into multiman to enable it and i only see none and unavailable whats up with that

If your on Cex try Cex Multiman if still not work try dex multiman sometimes it work too. Just play around with it.

I had this same problem and i figure it out all u need to do is to switch to cobra in multiman there is a option in multiman setting about switch to cobra only problem i have is online play it dont work so well tested a few games like GTA V, COD AW, COD Ghosts and none dont work only thing the GTA V but after i win the mall or nothing race it dont move from there

I just upgraded my ps3 from Habib 4.7 V1.0 to Habib 4.7 V1.01 a few minutes ago.
After that I installed multiman 4.66.10(CEW), it switched to mmCM mode automatically, and everything is fine now!

I only have GTA V and going online is no problem!

I think it is because Habib 4.7 V1.0 doesn't have Cobra mode...
